hey hey

what a wonderful lazy thursday...and yes it was lazy even though i had to work..because working here isn't a pain and i don't hate the 5 block walk to 30 Rock (did that rhyme? sorry) anyway, i of course am having a hard time getting out of this building on time, but i timed myself today, and it only takes me 8 minutes to briskely walk to Rock...that is if i barely want to break a sweat...i can't wait for the 70s to show up in our weather..yay!

hmm, once again, i had a bunch of little projects to do, and i had pizza for lunch...yum! the pizza diet..pizza for lunch and dinner! haha...my dad says it's fattening, i say, well i walk everywhere, so oh well. i really do need to go to the grocery store, as i have no problem stocking up on snack food, but as for real food, to no avail..i really wish my mom would send me tortillas soon! jules was eating a quesadilla today and it made me miss my freshly made tortillas from the HEB!

dear mom: please send tortillas and a blender, so i can make salsa! hah!

my boss let me off early because she said it was pretty outside and the beginning of a long weekend, and i shoudl go home..so i took her advice, mainly because i was tired of typing out my other boss's rolodex into my contact list: the coolest thing about my job thus far? adam sandler is in my contact list now! AWESOME! haha, anyways, then i went to the bank and to Office Depot, bought some notebooks, earphones and a longer ethernet cable..the one i had my mom send was too short, and i figure i can always use one, so i didn't think it was such a bad purchase.

i came back and pretty much just chilled for awhile, then took a nap, then woke up and watched "sex and the city" for awhile. i've never really watched it, but it's a great show. one of the girls here has all the seasons, so we started from season 1, and who knows where it's at now..prob, still in season 1. anywhooo, then some of us went to get coffee and make a stop at the duane reade (drugstore, non-nyc folks), and i bought some snacks..yay!

came back, talked to rose and she is thinking about coming up here in october with thaddeus! yay! i'm so excited! other than that, i've just been chilling and i just talked to boyfriend and he's doing well, and now i guess i'm going to try to get some sleep because ihave a busy day of shoppin ahead of me..and carnegie deli and garden state..once again! yay!
